On September 11, 2018, the leaders of the branch schools belonging to the Alliance of Excellence of CCNU No.1 Middle School visited Meilian Experimental School, No. 1 Middle School Affiliated to Central China Normal University for research. The leaders accompanied were: Tao Tao and Su Yuandong, Vice Principals of No. 1 Middle School Affiliated to Central China Normal University; Yang Guohong, Principal of Junior High School, No. 1 Middle School Affiliated to Central China Normal University; Wang Xinhua, Principal of Tangxunhu School, No. 1 Middle School Affiliated to Central China Normal University Principal; Zhang Bingfeng, Principal of Hubei Huayi Boarding School; and Wu Chenguang, Principal of Guanggu Branch School, No. 1 Middle School Affiliated to Central China Normal University Principal.
They first visited the campus and had an in-depth discussion on the campus decoration, landscape design and the design and intention of each functional area. Subsequently, the leaders held a forum to discuss the development path of public and private schools, as well as the cooperation and resource sharing among the member schools of the Alliance of Excellence.
