On October 9, 2018, the activity of “Teaching Observation Month” in Meilian Experimental School, CCNU No.1 Middle School was officially launched. During the activity, teachers entered each other's classes, listened to public classes across disciplines, and focused on class evaluation and exchange every Friday afternoon. Through carrying out and organizing this activity, a good campus cultural atmosphere was created, and teachers' teaching and research abilities were gradually improved in mutual observation, collective communication and personal practice, thus ensuring the quality of education and teaching in the school, and at the same time providing a platform for teachers in our school to display their teaching abilities and learn from each other.

In the course evaluation, the teachers summarized and reflected on their own classroom teachings, and also put forward sincere suggestions for the teaching of other colleagues. Everyone expressed their own opinions and freely exchanged their thoughts and experiences on the open classes in this week. They actively shared their experiences and practices on how to optimize the classroom teaching process, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, cope with and deal with classroom emergencies, and regulate the classroom order, etc..
