In March, everything is fresh again. In this exuberant season, the 109th “International Women’s Day” was around the corner. On the afternoon of March 8th, to make the team atmosphere active, enhance the teaching and administrative staff’s cohesive force at school and meanwhile share and communicate about the main work lately of the school, Meilian Experimental School, CCNU No.1 Middle School organized all the teaching and administrative staff to carry out the team construction activity themed “believe yourself and believe your partners”.

The activity is mainly divided into two categories, “thought collision” and “interesting exercise”. Among, thought collision includes three items, namely “name interchange”, “school knowledge contest”, “school culture discussion” to feel wonderful team thoughts in the process of edutainment; interesting exercise included “three-legged race”, “badminton PK”, “table football” and other wonderful outdoor activities and the distance between colleagues were pulled close in the sounding cheers with mutual encouragement. In the activity, applauses, laughter and cheers were everywhere and laughter is filled with teachers’ faces. 

The activity not only enriched school culture life and promoted the teamwork and friendship of all the teaching and administrative staff but also meanwhile showed all the teaching and administrative staff’s healthy, civilized and positive spirituality and created a team atmosphere full of happiness and sunshine.
