At 2:00 p.m. on December 21st, 2018, Meilian Experimental School, CCNU No.1 Middle School organized the second activity of teaching sharing month; and each of teachers shared and exchanged “an education story” in the form of a themed salon. All the teachers shared their own education stories experienced during their teachings. The main roles shared by teachers were mostly students. In the process of sharing, some teachers shared their experience and feelings without reservation. It is the love and sincerity of the teachers for the students that showed deep affection.

Some teachers shared how to develop students’ correct behavioral habits and some teachers shared how to lead students’ changes. If a student always speaks with very little voice in class, the teacher would carry out sufficient communication with parents to encourage the introverted child more. Some teachers wrote the letters full of concern and love to students and loved students with concentrated attention without containing the development of students’ dominant instincts. Some teachers shared that teachers shall be filled with patience and loving heart for students; and children’s potentials cannot be ignored. Some teachers shared the ways to help students reduce pressure. The students’ first demand at school is companion but score.
