On March 7, 2019, the Teaching-and-Learning Activities Period in the CCNU No.1 Middle School was officially launched. During the time, teachers would enter each other's classes for interdisciplinary listening and public classes, and carry out evaluation on classes and exchange every Friday afternoon. In mutual observation and collective communication, teachers gained improvements in their teaching and research ability, and students had greater momentum for learning.
Learning progresses because of teaching, and teaching advances because of learning. In the course evaluation, teachers spoke out freely. On the one hand, they summarized and reflected on their classroom teaching; on the other hand, they actively listened to the opinions of other teachers. They discussed how to maximize the efficiency of classroom teaching and effectively promote the common growth of teachers and students. During the communication, teachers' horizon was widened and they gained professional growth rapidly.
